By purchasing a Riki Tiki’s Monthly Membership, you agree to the following:

• Automatic Renewal: Your membership automatically renews every month using the payment method on file until canceled.
• Unlimited Open Play: Members receive unlimited admission during our regular open-play hours. Admission is subject to our current operating schedule and availability.
• Private Events & Closures: Membership admission is not available while Riki Tiki’s is closed for a private party, private event, maintenance, holiday closure, or other scheduled closure.
• Registered Children Only: Memberships are valid only for the child or children registered to the membership and cannot be shared or transferred to another family or child.
• Included Adults: Each registered child includes admission for one accompanying adult. Adults must enter with a registered child.
• Member Discounts: Active members receive 10% off snacks and drinks, 10% off socks, and $25 off an eligible private birthday party package.
• Birthday Party Discount: The $25 member discount applies to eligible private party packages and cannot be combined with other party promotions or discounts.
• Special Events: Separately ticketed events, special events, birthday parties, space rentals, and other specially priced events are not included with unlimited membership admission unless otherwise stated.
• Socks Required: Socks are required for everyone entering the play area. Regular playground rules and waiver requirements still apply to members and their guests.
• No Sharing or Transfers: Memberships cannot be transferred, shared, resold, or used for children who are not registered on the membership.
• Monthly Billing: Your selected membership fee will be charged automatically each month to your payment method on file.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not provide a refund for membership fees already charged. Your membership remains active through the end of your current paid billing period.
• No Partial-Month Refunds: Membership fees are non-refundable once charged, including for unused days or visits during the billing period.
• Changes to Memberships: Riki Tiki’s Indoor Playground reserves the right to update membership pricing, benefits, operating hours, and membership terms. Members will be notified of material changes when required.
